MATRICULATION OF THE RETAILER
The Matriculation of Retailer will have to be asked for the Judge of Commerce, whose effect the interested one will express, letter by means of:
- The name, address, marital status and nationality, and being a society, the name of the partners and the contributed social company/signature;
- The determination of the sort of its activity;
- Place or address of the establishment or office;
- The name of the manager or ordered of the establishment; and
- It will enclose the documents that justify their condition.
Inscription in the Matriculation of the Retailer in the Palace of Justice, Main directorate of the Registries Public, Section Public Registry of Commerce.
To present/display letter directed to the Judge of Turn and signed by a patrocinante lawyer, asking for the inscription in the Matriculation of the Retailer, enclosing authenticated photocopy of Identity card.
