CERTIFICATION OF QUALITY CONTROL

The Mark INTN, guarantees that the products that show it fulfill, in permanent form, with the corresponding

Technical Norm Proceedings for the granting of INTN Mark

The postulante to use Marca (to title of thecommerce mark shovel the one that asks for the service, qualified legally to commercialize), will have to present/display in writing a request to the INTN, enclosing the following documentation:

1. Name or trade name of the company, address, direction of the offices, of the factory deposits and places of sale of its products.
2. Certainty of its inscription in the Public Registry of Commerce, or its documentation in proceeding.
3. Photocopy authenticated of the Registry of Trade name of the product or products for which the use of Marca INTN is asked for.
4. The Norm or Norms to which it responds the product or products for which the use of Marca INTN is asked for.
5. Type or types of products for which Marca INTN is asked for, which will have to be perfectly identified by their trade name and its catalogue reference or similar, and in the cases that correspond, designs and photographies of the product and/or their components.
6. The organizational chart and description of functions of the company, detailing all the aspects related to the control of quality of production and the product, indicating for these areas the functions and responsibilities of each headquarters.
7. Description of means of manufacture and the flow chart of the process indicating the technical personnel and the affected workers.
8. Description of test means (procedures, laboratory, verification in situ) which it has.
9. Description detailed of the system of control of the quality established by the company, divided in:
    
   
   1. Reception of raw materials or half-processed products
   2. Process of manufacture
   3. Final Product
       
      
   Item must be indicated in what points of the flow chart of the process take place controls and as they are the used criteria. Of not being made some of the indicated stages in (I;II;III), the technical reasons that will be based they guarantee it. The description of the system of control of the quality will include the affected list and functions of the technical personnel and workers.
10. Copy of the internal specifications established by the company for the control of the quality in all the stages and calibration and periodic control of measurement instruments and test. Also it will appear historical registry of calibration and measurement.
11. Copy of all the lists and registries used in quality control.
12. Information on the periods and frequency of manufacture.

The request will be considered by the Commission of Certification of the INTN, the one that will be able to solicit if an extension of the presentation will be necessary that will make the pertinent verifications and controls pertinent.

The approval of the request will be in charge of the Council of Administration of the INTN.

The INTN will communicate to the postulante the admission of their request indicating to him in addition the following costs:

• Those that originate the previous proceeding of verification and tests to the granting.
• By the granting of Marca INTN and the controls of verification of certainty of quality.
• By the possible accomplishment of the indicated studies.
