NORMS ISO 9000. CONCEPT AND ANTECEDENTS

Antecedents
In the decade of 50s they were begun to establish requirements for a system of securing of the quality. From the beginning, the declared intention was not to replace with this the specific norms for products, if to complement them properly, assuring the improvement the aptitude for the quality of the company. The evolution began fundamentally in the United States of America and in the camp. Later it included also the atomic power stations. With the norm THOUSAND Q9858 propagated the thought of the systems of the quality in all the western countries. Soon a assembly appeared everything of securing norms of the quality specific of companies, by branches of the industry and nationals, who ended finally at the series of international norms ISO proclaimed and updated by the Organization the International for the Standardization with seat in Switzerland.
The series of norms ISO 9000, applied to Management of Quality is made up o the following ones:

This norm is used when already the designs and the specifications of products and processes exist, as well as of other activities, and the verification requirements only talk about to the aptitude for the production and the installation. It is certifiable.
ISO 9003, the final Systems of the quality, Model for the securing of the quality in the inspection and tests. This norm is applied when already they are established design development, the production and the use, as well as the information relative to the product and the process, and the verification requirements fundamentally talk about to the inspection and the final tests. Almost no longer it is used at the present time.
